Research Interests:
We use electron microscopy and biochemistry to study:
- The architecture and mechanisms of key bacterial proteases that are the target for new classes of antibiotics.
- The role of protein factors that mediate bacterial ribosomal assembly and that have been identified as virulence factors and antimicrobial targets.
