The McArthur lab is dedicated to genomic, bioinformatic, and analytic approaches to antimicrobial resistance threat assessment and surveillance. Working with academic, industrial, and government partners, researchers and engineers in Dr. McArthur’s group work to enrich the toolkit for assessment, prediction, and tracking of antimicrobial resistance threats, both known and emergent, from environment to farm to clinic.
